About this game

Bubble Aim is a matching shooter with a wall that creeps downward. You aim a coloured bubble at a packed grid of the same shapes; land it next to two or more of the same colour and the whole group pops. The grid descends a step every few shots, and if it reaches the bottom line the game is over.

The skill is in the bounce, not the aim. Every shot can bounce once off either side wall, which lets you reach the top corners that are otherwise shielded. Learning to bank a bubble around a cluster instead of firing straight at it is the difference between a board that clears and a board that fills.

Colour economy matters more than it looks. Firing your only remaining bubble of a colour at the wrong place effectively deletes that colour from your options, and a board with five colours gets very hard very fast. Keeping two colours in reserve is a reliable route to a high level.

Levels take one to three minutes. Progress and best level are stored locally, and there is no timer — the descent of the grid is the only clock you are racing.

How to play

  1. Use the side walls: a banked shot reaches clusters that a straight line can never touch.
  2. Clear from the top down; clusters hanging under the ceiling are the ones that cause big drops.
  3. Watch your colour count — never waste your last bubble of a colour on a single pop.
  4. Aim at the seams between two colours so a single bubble can complete two groups at once.
  5. When the grid is close to the bottom, prioritise any shot that drops a large hanging cluster.

Questions

How many colours are on the board?

It starts with three and adds a colour as you clear levels, up to a maximum of six.

What happens when the grid reaches the bottom?

The level ends and you restart it, so there is a retry rather than a hard game over.

Can I see the next bubble?

Yes, the queue shows the next two shots so you can plan a combination.

Are there power-ups?

No — the depth comes from wall bounces and colour management, not from special pieces.
