We read everything sent to us, and we reply to most of it. To get a useful answer quickly, here is what to include.

Corrections

If a guide, a page or a game description contains something wrong, tell us the page and the specific sentence. Corrections are the fastest category for us to act on and we are grateful for them.

Game requests

If you want a particular kind of game, describe the mechanic rather than naming a commercial title. We build originals, so “a one-button climbing game” is more useful to us than the name of a game we are not able to copy.

Bug reports

Tell us the game, the device and what you were doing when it went wrong. Framerate problems are almost always device-specific, so the exact device model genuinely helps.

Accessibility

If something on the site prevents you from playing, we want to know. We are actively improving keyboard and screen-reader support in the games, and reports from real users are far more useful to us than checklists.

Partnerships

We do not sell placement in roundups and we do not run advertising networks inside games. If your enquiry is about either of those, the editorial policy page already answers it.

Response times

This is a small team. Corrections are usually handled within a few days, ordinary enquiries may take longer, and we do not have a phone line.
