About this game

Fruit Slice Rush is a reflex game about arcs, not aim. Fruit is tossed from the bottom of the screen on a curved path, and your swipe has to pass through it in flight. Because every piece follows a predictable parabola, the trick is to read the group rather than the single fruit — one long swipe through four apples scores four times as much as four short swipes.

Combos are the whole scoring system. Slice two or more pieces in one continuous swipe and the multiplier climbs; every later slice in the same motion is worth more than the last. Break the motion and the multiplier resets to one. That single rule turns a casual flicking game into a puzzle about how to group what is on screen.

Bombs appear from about twenty seconds in and they are the only real danger. Touching one ends the run immediately, no matter how high your score is. The safe habit is to swipe early in a fruit’s arc, where the bomb-free space is largest, instead of waiting for the fruit to peak.

Runs last about a minute. The pacing is deliberately short so that a bad round costs you almost nothing and you can start the next one straight away. Your best score is stored on your device.

How to play

  1. Swipe through whole groups instead of single pieces — combo multipliers are where all the points live.
  2. Slice early in the arc; the middle of the screen is where bombs crowd a fruit's path.
  3. Never chase a piece that is already falling off the bottom edge, it is worth nothing.
  4. Keep your swipes smooth; a jerky flick misses corner pieces that a clean line would catch.
  5. Treat any bomb on screen as a wall and plan your swipe route around it.

Questions

What ends a run?

Only a bomb. Missing fruit costs you points but never ends the game, so it is almost always better to play safe.

How is the combo counted?

Every additional piece sliced inside one continuous swipe raises the multiplier; lifting your finger resets it.

Is the fruit path random?

The launch order is shuffled each run, but every piece follows a fixed arc, so you can learn to predict where it will be.

Does it work on a mouse?

Yes, holding the mouse button and dragging works exactly like a touch swipe.
