About this game

Brick Buster takes the arcade wall-breaker and gives it honest physics. The ball reflects off the paddle at an angle that depends on where it lands — hit with the outer third of the paddle and the ball leaves at a steep angle, hit the middle and it goes almost straight. Learning that single rule is the difference between losing all three lives in a minute and playing for twenty.

Clear all four rows and the wall rebuilds with the ball permanently faster. Nine levels in, the ball travels close to twice its starting speed, which makes long paddle drags almost impossible and short controlled taps essential.

Three lives are shown in the top-left corner of the court. A dropped ball costs one life but keeps your score, and the paddle resets to a comfortable centre position, giving you a clean restart rather than an instant second loss.

Scoring rewards finishing: each brick is worth 15 points and clearing a whole wall adds a 120-point bonus, so a patient player who clears every brick scores far more than one who rushes and loses balls.

How to play

  1. Hit the ball with the outer edge of the paddle to send it sideways.
  2. Hit with the centre to keep the ball on a predictable straight line.
  3. Aim at the corners of the wall first — an empty corner makes the remaining bricks reachable.
  4. Drag your finger rather than tapping so the paddle keeps up with a fast ball.
  5. At higher levels, aim to keep the ball above the middle of the court, not near the walls.

Questions

How many lives do I get?

Three per run. Losing a ball keeps your score and resets the paddle to the centre.

Does the ball speed up?

Yes — every time you clear the wall the ball restarts slightly faster, and the ramp continues through the levels.

Is the paddle angle controlled?

Yes. Where the ball lands on the paddle decides the outgoing angle, which is the core skill of the game.

How is the score calculated?

15 points per brick plus a 120-point bonus for clearing an entire wall, with level number adding to the bonus.
